All of our parcels are sent with NZ Post.
We ship orders out Monday to Friday, during business hours.
If you placed your order before 4:00pm, your parcel will be collected the following business day.
NZ Post’s North Island delivery target is within 2-3 business days. For South Island and rural deliveries, NZ Post’s delivery target is 4-5 business days.
For orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 4:00pm, your parcel will be packed the following business day and collected the business day after packing.
Advanced Performance Parts has a 7-day refund and exchange policy. In cases of customer change of mind or wrong items ordered, return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition by the original purchaser to qualify for a refund.
If items have been unpackaged, but remain unused and re-sellable, Advanced Performance Parts is only able to offer an exchange.
Advanced Performance Parts is unable to return or exchange any items that have been used or if there are missing parts.
We’re a start-up family business so unfortunately we do not have a retail store setup for pick-ups.
However, as car enthusiasts, we understand the importance of timing and getting things done, we may be able to facilitate collection depending on our personal schedules so please get in touch before placing your order to ensure we are able to fulfil your requirements if you require parts ASAP.
