Expected delivery timeframes
All of our parcels are sent with NZ Post.
We ship orders out Monday to Friday, during business hours.
NZ Post’s North Island delivery target is within 2-3 business days. For South Island and rural deliveries, NZ Post’s delivery target is 4-5 business days.
Parcel lost or damaged
Advanced Performance Parts will make every effort to package all items appropriately for shipping.
Unfortunately, there are occasions where parcels can be lost or damaged in transit. In these circumstances, Advanced Performance Parts will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.

- Please lodge a parcel enquiry here with NZ Post and let us know ASAP so we are able to provide any information required to assist in your claim.
If you would like replacement items from Advanced Performance Parts
- Please get in touch with us ASAP and we will lodge a claim through NZ Post. Once we receive a successful claim, we will advise you and re-dispatch your order.
